Johanna Le Pape is an award-winning pastry chef who specializes in well-being. She began her career at Lutetia, then at Le Meurice with C\u00e9dric Grolet and Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric. She continued her adventure at Ladur\u00e9e and won the World Cup of Sweet Arts in 2014. She founded the Aurae workshop, and devotes herself to creation, consulting and training.
