Season pork with cumin, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook, stirring, for 5 to 6 minutes or until just a hint of pink remains inside. Remove pork to a plate.<br \/>\n2. Add millet and water to the skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, return pork to the pan, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork, stirring in lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<br \/>\n3. Divide millet mixture among four bowls and top with avocado, mango and cilantro.
